I think it's gonna be a better color in person. Looks like blue with a hint of gray (cement?) Cameras sometimes dont take good color renditions based on available lighting, angles and lens technology. What the camera sees or even what the computer screens show us will never match what our eyes see. And sometimes what i see as blue-gray may seem like blue-silver to another.
Let's wait and see.

You are 100% right on this, especially in terms of cavalry blue color. I had a cavalry blue fj. Great color, but man some pics made it look anything from powder blue to grey..depending on lighting.

I would say the allegid "photoshoped" pic on first page is closest to the true color of cavalry blue.

It is a great color! Looking forward to seeing one in person.

Very happy to have turned down the opportunity to have purchased a Cement on 2 occasions after I put a deposit down on a Cavalry blue TRD Pro. It's going to look nice with matte gray TRD wheels and matte gray powder coated RCI sliders.

Liked the Cement when it first came out but the more I saw them I just could not see myself living with the color long-term.

I do think the transporter trailer in the picture looks good in Cement and will undoubtedly lead to a higher trade in value when the owner trades it in on another gray transporter trailer.

Wonder what they do with the spares/steelies?

I could have sworn the "smurf blue" rumor was refuted several pages back, but if you need further clarification see the FJ Cruiser picture above. And if you need further visual guidance see the blue cars in the video below which are more in tune with the true blue shade of Toyota Cavalry blue.

Its the same blue (cavalry blue) found on the 2011-2013 (non Trail Teams) fj cruiser. Its different from the 2014 Ultimate Edition fj cruiser blue (herritage blue)

My company ships backhoes with little plastic wheels to fit the machines in a sea container, we stack them up and ship them back when we build a stockpile.

Seeing as it is currently VERY cheap to ship containers to Asia, I would think Toyota does this as well.

Shouldn't be hard to twist the arm, Pro's resale make more sense financially.

Exactly! Any of the eye popping colors (think:Inferno) just need some contrast. Look at [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION]'s build thread.
