Hi! New to the forum. Technically not mine but the wife just picked up the 2018 Calvary blue pro. She really wanted the cement but couldn’t get her hands on one quick enough. This is still really nice though. As for me, I drive a 2016 Tacoma.

Looks great! I might have to see this beast. Thinking about trying to order or find one. Just got married and moved to Tulsa. No way the new Mrs will do any off road adventures with me on the motorcycle. Looks like 4 wheels is the only way to go and the big Sierra Denali doesn't really fit the bill.

Check the north Texas dealers if you're willing to drive a bit. Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Prosper (Longo opening soon) ... I know Richardson has already sold one in Cavalry blue.

Yep, it's all a matter of want, intention, and use. I wanted an ultimate style Off-Road package that I would not need to do anything to, because I suck at car work and tend to cause more harm than good, and I intend to make this last 20+ years as my primary vehicle. So to me, I am happy to pay the mark up. All up to the individual.

It's an investment. That's how you have to see it. That's how I'm viewing my 2016 TE. If were going to spend that much on a Runner as some are/have on TRDPs, I'd probably look to getting a LC or Lexus. I can't fault anyone for spending top dollar on a 4Runner though. You can take of them and they will take of you. I'm hoping for the same time of ownership as you.

Had one dealer say they’d have to put in a request to Toyota for them to send them a TRDPro and when they do send them one, it could be a toss up on which color hey receive.

When I do find one for sale online, it’s usually gone within a day or way overpriced.

That’s the way it is.....You can work with a dealer to put in a allocation request if they already don’t have one coming in the pipeline. What I did and many others have done is kept searching online for one to pop up, and you will most likely have to be willing to travel to secure one. Expand your search out 500 miles, and keep up on the new listings. Like all the previous years the majority of the pro’s are already spoken for before they hit the lot. Also, most Midwest dealers don’t mark them up over MSRP in my experience, but unfortunately there are always a few that will. Securing one of these takes quite a bit of leg work in most cases. I think I started really looking for my Cement Pro in May, and finally found one unspoken for in July after a few deals fell through, or the dealers just flat out would not sell to someone out of state. I simply called and they had 3 coming in that were not accounted for. I bought one and there are 2 more on the way this month that are not reserved...they are selling at MSRP
