I'm scheduled next month for a front and rear bumper, this picture makes me even more excited. I might have to get a light bar to put on it, that looks great!

That the sensor is installed and they make no guarantees beyond that. As to if it deploys more often or less is for a smarter man then I to figure out. It would be the same risk with any aftermarket bumper with the exception of ARB I suppose.

What information are you seeking? The airbag sensors are very simple devices that report when a certain meter per second level of acceleration is reached, triggering airbag deployment. The only difference a bumper makes is how much energy it can dissipate in a collision.
Most aftermarket bumpers do not have crumple zones and will trigger airbag deployment in a lower speed impact than the stock bumper. That is a trade off you should understand and expect when using an aftermarket bumper.

I believe that is the plan. I think they wanted to get a couple in to iron out the kinks. I will ask Nathan at CBI when I pick up my truck tomorrow.

Does CBI, or anyone with inside info, have any specs on this yet (weight? materials?) and most importantly anticipated price? I am guessing that it will be comparable to their 4th Gen listed on the site, but more info on this specific bumper would be great.

So talking with Nathan they do intend to make it available on their website. They just needed to finish up their jig so they can make more that will fit the 5th gens. I didn't ask about what they intend to list it for or the weight of it. They did give me a few options on the design. Obviously you can go without the headlight loops if desired and they can swap out the two center sections around the grill with tubing instead of the flat plate.

Very true.
All brands of steel bumpers will increase rigidity of the front end. The soft, flexible crumple zone is gone. It will make the force of impact a bit worse for your occupants. It will probably reduce the damage to your vehicle in small fender benders.
The crumple zone protects pedestrians from serious injury in slow, low impact collisions. If you have a steel bumper like this be careful how you drive around people walking. You don't want to cause serious injuries to anyone and more often than not it will be the fault of the driver, not the pedestrian. Just be more careful if you have one of these.
