CBI Tire Carrier Squeak

I was hoping to get any solutions from some of the folks here who have a CBI rear bumper with a TC. The bumper is awesome, but the damn thing squeaks like crazy during specific situations. Any time I'm just rolling in my 4R (no gas, just let the truck move on it's own), it'll start to squeak. Whenever I get to around 65-70 mph, the truck as a whole starts to shake and it squeaks as a result, and of course if I'm on any kind of rough terrain it squeaks as well. Does anybody have/had a similar issue, and what did you do to solve it?

As a note, both mounting bolts on the right side of the frame sheared off when trying to install it, so I had to place a nut in the frame and manually tighten both of those. I'm not sure if that's what's making the squeak - maybe the nut and bolt move and rub against the frame...not sure. Either way, I'd like to get anybody's experiences with it.

Well, I DO NOT have a CBI rear bumper/tire carrier, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn onc.... haha, never mind. Anyway, I used to have a Calmini rear bumper with tire carrier and it would squeak like a *****, during all forms of driving! I got so sick of it, that I completely removed it, lubed EVERY bolt, nut and ALL contact points with chain lube (really thick and sticky), reinstalled and VOILA! All squeaks gone for the next 80k miles!!!!

If you don't have the "Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches" I would get one. Best $23 I have spent. CBI recommended it to me when I purchased my carrier.
