Center Diff Lock Light

Anyone had any problems with the CDL light constantly flashing. It will occasionally turn off. Everything works fine EXCEPT for the cruise control doesn't work while the light is flashing. Otherwise the center diff. will lock and unlock as normal, along with shifting in and out of 4LO. I have 59k mi so if no luck on here, im hoping that warranty will cover it.
