Center Protector/Light Bar

I know that Jaos makes a center protector for the 4runner but it also costs 600+ dollars. Does any other company make a center protector simmilar to the Jaos one? Thanks

Not that i have ever seen. If there is, it's not from one of the main brands so it will likely be of lower quality. It may be possible to find something of Ebay quality, but even that, I have never seen. The Jaos one does look nice though.

Ok thanks. I am also looking at the KC light bar, part number 7452, but it runs 280 bucks! For a light bar? Does anyone know of another light bar that is cheaper. I know that there is the Westin one but it sits too low and I don't think it would hold the lights I want. Thanks

BTW - I found this very helpful thread about converting various Hella lights to HIDs. They take 500s or 4000s and cut a hole in the back and put in an HID bulb. Cheap and effective apparently. The HID bulbs come with a 14 mon warranty and for only 70 bucks I don't think you can go wrong. This will be put on my mod list.

and the HID ebay seller is mydepots. He seems to be fairly reliable.

I am hoping to purchase a westin ultimate bull bar now from a member. Does anyone have any idea where the westin bull bar mounts up to the frame in comparison to where the hidden trailer hitch mounts?

I am considering, in the future, making a clean cut on the skid plate section of the bull bar in order to allow a hitch to run threw it so that I can attach a winch or whatever else on the front. Assuming, of course, that the two do not conflict with mounting points. I do not know if they could be simultaneously mounted either. Thanks
