Well, the Broncos lost last night, so I didn't want to watch any football today and got the bumper re-mounted. Still a little finish work to do:

-Found some pinholes that need to be filled and ground back down after painting.
-Build a shrokworks style add on for the bottom skid plate.
-Incorporate sidemounts (just going to add this along with the skid plate).

I'm happy with how it turned out. The proportions nailed exactly where I wanted.

Still waiting on my LED light bar, and I'm thinking I'm going to add a grill hoop after looking at it.

Wow. That is one of the best looking bumpers ive seen. I defiantly have to say great job. All the proportions look good too as you said.

Casper, that's exactly what I'm thinking with a grill hoop. Maybe a little taller than the yota symbol, but something like you're saying.

Gaterose, I welded the sliders on last night also, no pics though. I do plan on a rack, the rola rack is so cheap I may just buy one of those though. It's so tempting.

For the rear bumper, I have a design in my head, but I'm going to take a break from fabbing. I've easily got 30 hours into that front bumper. And I want to give my neighbors a break from the sound of my tools.

Thanks guys. I actually had a couple iterations of suspension. I scored a full set of FJ coils and the silver/blue bilstein's for super cheap, threw those on and only got minimal lift. Decided to just get some 5100's for the front and a spacer for the back. Cheap/easy, and I'm very happy with the results. So, 5100's with FJ springs up front, and FJ coils/shocks out back with a toytec spacer.

The thing on the roof rack is a fly rod holder, to be able to stow rods w/o having to break them down. First trip with that too, and it worked great!

What did your front bumper end up weighing? It seems like the FJ coils are managing the weigh.

I'm not exactly sure. I think the bumper alone weighed 80 lbs. or so. I was able to huff it onto the mounts myself pretty easily. With the winch, I'd say it's ~125 lbs. It definitely sucked the front end down around 3/4" (stock).

The FJ setup is really nice. I'm very satisfied with the ride, and suspension dampening, I'm usually looking for the next best thing with my cars, but this one is pretty dialed in for my use at this point.

I really like the look of your roof rack. The rod carrier looks clean too, but I'm not interested in that part, I'm not a big fisherman. What did you use to make it? I assume it mounts directly to the car? You have any close up shots?

I used 1.75 OD 0.090 wall tubing. It uses the factory mounts on the car. I don't have any up close shots, I'll have to get some next time I'm out.

I can't take all the credit though, Croz on toyota120 built one, and it was close to my idea. I ended up making one that looked very similar to his.

Another update to the thread:

Finally added a pair of Rigid's I had sitting in my garage, and an ARB awning. Have an ARB RTT now too, but that may be added to an expo trailer that I'm going to start building this winter. I'll definitely have provisions to mount the RTT to the rack of this 4runner and my rock buggy. Also got some 285 duratracs and my favorite toyota wheels, no rubbing anywhere, I thought I'd have to do the body mount chop, but they fit great.
