Change color turn signals in gauges?

I've seen someone with blue turn signals in the gauges on here and would like to do that! but how??

its probably gonna be more of a hassle than its worth, but the bulb should be cake to change out, just look up some of the LED threads in here and there are lots of pictures of what the gauges look like from the back.

The green filter that is in front of the bulb, on the other hand... that may be a challenge to switch out.
