There was one guy over on YT who had his belt snap on his 3.4 and he said it was fine. He just had to replace the belt and probably get the engine back in timing, but because the 3.4L is a non-interference motor you dont have to worry about destroying your valve train.
There was also another guy in the same thread who had a spare 3.4L in his back yard and he checked all the valve clearances and what not and said that there is no way you would have drive train issues either.
The general consensus over on YT seems to be that the 3.4 is a non-interference motor thus you do not have to worry about all those drivetrain horror stories. I am in NO WAY saying dont replace your timing belt until it breaks, but if your in a financial pinch you could probably hold off for another 10,000 miles or so with no worries.
edit: I also want to add that I think changing the timing belt twice in only 130,00 miles is a waste of money and totally overkill. Toyota doesn't even recommend changing the belt until around either 90,000 or 100,000. I could see doing it early if you were going on a road trip or something but there is no reason IMO to have it done twice by 130,000.
