Change Power Steering Fluid

What is the procedure?

Drain the old fluid out, put new fluid in.
And it uses ATF, not PS fluid.
Then, with engine running turn wheel lock to lock several times to get air out.

Use a turkey baster or similar to suck the fluid out of the reservoir. Fill it back up with fresh ATF. Drive around as usual. Repeat this process every couple days until the fluid comes out red.
