Changed headgaskets now misfire in 2, 4 and 6

So my sister in law overheated her 2002 4Runner v6 and I (stupidly) volunteered to fix it.

Pulled the heads, passenger side had cracks so I picked up a used head. Had them both machined and pressure checked and they were good. Assembled everything with the help of an ASE master tech and triple checked timing marks.

Got it fired up and I have PO300 PO302 PO304 and PO306

Compressions are fair, plugs are new, coils are good.

Maybe an O2 sensor?

I'm lost.

Vacuum hoses and PCV/hose are attached with no leaking? Wiring harness and connectors all good? Check spark on missing cyclinders? :cowboy:

Vacuum hoses and connectors all look good. I have spark on all the cylinders.

I strongly suggest you recheck plug wire routing per attached diagram.

Do you have fuel on that side? Does it run really rough like it's stumbling over itself? It's not a coincidence that they are all bad on one side.

Not sure on fuel and it's running really rough.

Double check all the injectors are hooked up like they should be and there's no damage to the wiring harness. I'm trying to think if there's any sensors that might cut off fuel to that side, drawing a blank at the moment though.
