Changed spark plugs and found oil on some of them?

I recently bought a 2003 4Runner limited V8 4WD which now has 86,000 miles and decided to change the plugs since I dont know if they have ever been changed? When removing the 3rd one on the driver side I noticed it had oil on it. The opposite side also had oil which I am worried about. I think when theres oil on the plugs that usually means bad rings? If anyone has any information on this it would be great!

You may have a stuck PCV valve that is allowing engine oil to be sucked into the plenum and fed back into the cylinders. It's worth checking.

Another thing I noticed before changing the oil last week and now the plugs today was the engine has been making a weird sound. Almost like a whistling sound? Not sure how to describe it
