Advance Auto usually gets my business if I'm in a crunch for parts. Gotta love their discount codes + reward bucks. Never pay asking retail price.

Yep. I won't touch their axles with a 10 foot pole (had 2 snap inside my trans under moderate power in my 3000GT because of poor casting), but there are a lot of other things you can get there that're fine and can be had for cheap after discounts.

Now you guys have me ready to just go ahead and change out the plugs to Denso or NGK. Fortunately it is not that hard or time consuming.
Perhaps I will get my 12 year old daughter involved this time around.

If it hasn't started misfiring/running rough since you put the plugs in, I wouldn't worry about it. Usually when you get this weird issue with Bosch ignition wires/plugs it's almost instantaneous. Like put new Bosch plugs it, it runs weird, put Denso/NGK in and it runs fine; put the Bosch back in, it runs weird.

Weirdest thing I have ever seen... it's not like Bosch makes crap stuff usually.

I think I will do as [MENTION=149207]AuSeeker[/MENTION] suggested and just get a set of Denso or NGK to have on hand....just in case.
