I just wanted to thank everyone here for all of the valuable repair resources from this community. I'm not a mechanic, but am handy, and finally decided to replace the shocks on my 2wd 2003 SRS. I selected the KYB 344410, based on information here. My main concern was not being able to get the bolts loose, particularly the top one, so while replacing the rear pads, I gave the upper and lower bolts a good dose of PB Blaster. After jacking her up and putting her on jack stands, I unbolted the wheels and couldn't get them off. So, I ran inside and did a forum search and took the rubber mallet to them while turning. They popped loose. I started with the lower bolt, using air, and they came right off. The top nut started turning the shock, so I (using info from here) drilled a hole into the top of the shock and used a screwdriver to keep it from turning. The top nut came right off. In installing the new shock, I started with the top and had a problem getting the bottom to line up, so I removed the top and put the bottom in first and loosely installed the bottom bolt. After compressing the shock, the top went right in. Tightened top and bottom. Done! Anyone can do this very easy. Thanks again for all of the help provided here!
