Changing lights inside 4runner

So I wanna change the lights on the ceiling of my 4r, Can someone tell me which bulbs to get and maybe where to get and how to install em? I may change the ones on the doors, duno yet. THanks in advance

Incoming.... First go to SEARCH and put in "dome light". I think most issues about interior lights have already been discussed.

From my experience do not use LED for dome lights. I've tried few LED designs, but the longest bulb life I had was a week. It is happening because dome light is lighting up in a 2sec time and not instantly.
