Changing sparkplugs and won't start

So i was helping my friend out by checking his sparkplugs and i was not really paying attention and the wrench hit the positive side of the battery while the other end was on the spark plug. The starter relay started clicking and then i went to start it to make sure that it didn't screw any thing up, and guess what it did. When i go to start it it doesn't do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the main fuses in the fuse box next to the battery. You probably shorted one of them out.
