Chatting Sound in Reverse

Hey Everyone

I have an intermittent chattering-like sound when I backup. I have an 02 Sport w 140k. It was well-maintained by previous owner and had all fluids changed last summer. Tranny fluid looks good. I've had issues with the skid plates rattling before... so I'm kinda chalking it up to that but....
