Locker
I went through this same thought process and decided for the amount of money and effort needed to do the E locker retrofit an ARB locker made more sense. All said and done you might spend a little more with the ARB, but I feel it is one of the more robust designs out there. The fact that I have a V8 and don't plan to regear also influenced this. Not to mention once your done you'll have on board air as well. The only way the retro is significantly cheaper is if you can find a good used 3rd member with actuator and can do all the work yourself.
