Cheap Light Bar Options?

Hey guys, I'm looking for an option for a decently priced set of lights for my luggage rack? I have a Yakima Load Warrior and would love to stick four lights up on top of it.

Could you guys suggest some cheap options for this? Going into college so I'm on a bit of a budget. Thanks in advance!

Anyone? I've seen sets like 2 Hella Fog lights for 120 a set so that's gonna run me like 260 without even getting the mounts. Any cheaper suggestions by chance?

A set of Hella 500's run around 75 bucks a set if you're looking for something cheap.
