You are always looking at around $50+ to do an Aux feature on a radio, because either way you are going to need to buy an adapter, FM mod, whatever. Wireless FM mod sound like crap to MOST people, but if they sound good to you then I say go for it. A wired FM mod isn't bad, but it still isn't CD quality music. And even some of these new AUX adapters have their flaws and sometimes don't even work when they are supposed to.
You'd be much happier with an aftermarket deck with an Aux input or even the IPOD capability, but then you're looking at another 50+ for the ipod adapter. Most aftermarket HUs can control an ipod through the unit rather than having to do it on the ipod. But if you want to just control it on the ipod, all you'd need is a 1/4" jack to RCA connector for most radios. Others require something different...like Alpine has a special cable I know of and Pioneer you have to get a $30 adapter to give you aux features or you could just buy their $50 ipod adapter. But anyway....
