My 2000 4runner 2.7 has got a check engine light and the scanner tool says it is code 401, not enough EGR. So I am checkign the EGR system. I cleaned the filter on the vacuum modulator, checked the ohms on the vacuum switching valve (VSV) and put vacuum to the EGR and everything worked and was in spec. Any ideas?
