A lot of brands wiring now actually... it's all mostly soy-based now. : / Has been for years.

Got my 2020 Nightshade back from the dealer about two weeks ago from its 10k service and they hadn't bothered to screw the bottom panel in. It's been getting poor gas mileage since then and this morning when I turned it on it gave flashing CEL with Trac off and front end shakes violently. Any chance it's related to the service?

All my issues were electrical due to my remote start. I'm not sure what this bottom panel you speak of is. But if its protecting electrical components it may be.

Looks like the cover over the oil drain plug. They didn’t tighten the two bolts properly. You’ve just experienced one of reasons why so many people avoid routine dealer service, and DIY or go to responsible independent mechanics.

Looks like the KDSS skid plate and that shouldn't cause those warning lights. Get gas recently? Gas cap loose?
I fear they may have forgot to put oil in? Bring it to the dealer right away.

Right, I was worried about oil too but level seems ok. I did get gas a few weeks back and just tightened the cap again just now. Could that loose cap cause the front end to shake so bad? Afraid to drive it because don't want to cause any permanent damage.

Flashing CEL is a missfire. You more than likely have rodent damage.
The Nightshade is a version of the Limited. KDSS isn't available on the Limited.
The pics aren't great, but I agree with Electroboy, it looks like the oil pan drain plug access plate wasn't properly bolted back in place.

What's strange that hanging skid plate is nowhere near the engine, its near the running board. Also looking at the photo more it appears there is some additional damage under there?

Its in limp mode so its going to feel terrible. Get her towed to the dealer. Something is not right, not right at all.

Got it towed to the dealer this morning so we'll see...
The picture isn't great, but I do believe it is the access cover for the oil pan drain plug. It appears the bolt towards the driver's side fell out (or wasn't installed) and the bolt on the passenger side is loose enough that the access cover is hanging down and rotated towards the passenger side.
I don't see any obvious signs of other damage in the picture.

Called it. Mine was $9K to fix since Toyota would only replace the whole harness since my Runner was not even 2 years old at the time.

This happed to me after the battery died and I needed to jump it. I also experienced the flashing reverse light. When in drive, it would not respond to the throttle.
USED OBD2 to clear the code P0121 code. Started back up and heard a click and it worked perfectly!
