Yeah, that's been posted here before. That is the Toyota 4Runner "Fugly Edition" Aside from the copper color and rear bumper, there is nothing appealing about that truck.

Amazingly they seem to have used the uhly stick only on outside and left interior alone

It's probably more because they keep running out of gas hauling all that extra weight!
