It looks like someone bought a bunch of garage sale automotive parts and stuck them on an Excursion.

I highly doubt someone spent $165,000 on this vehicle. If they did, I've got a bridge to sell them.

I'd widdle it all down to about a few 1,000 dollars of crap...and the only thing it would ever be used for is to pick up the kids and get groceries...Geez.
