A buick 3.8 from forexample.. a 94 buick regal? I can't find an adapter for that one. My friend has that car he would sel to me for 150 with a bad body and perfect motor. I just want to get this thing running before snow fall. The Buick 3.8L and now the GM 4.3L are popular swaps to Yota PUs (even the older 22R ones). They offer more HP, less costly to rebuild, better mileage. Do a google to find links for folks that have done. You'll need engine mounts, trans adapter, GM ECU/wiring, new radiator, exhaust. I bet cost of a Yota V6 rebuild will be about the same as parts to convert to GM.
