Is the center bore on a stock wheel from a '91 Blazer large enough my '87 4runner?

NO it's not, nor on stock Isuzu rims.
Aftermarket yes.

Thanks. I found a chart thay lists bolt patterns and center bore for all vehicles. Seems yota is the only one with 106mm center bore.

You could just search for it, most tire dealers and wheel manufacturers have them.

I now have little faith in that reference. I consulted it before buying some wheels, which are now for sale (photo included) here:
16x8 Alloy Wheels

The seller took them off a 95 or 96 Isuzu Trooper which he was selling for scrap. The reference lists the Trooper with a 108mm center bore. I measure it at 100mm.

I would love to find a reference with photos listing the Toyota truck and 4Runner wheels from the 80s through current day.
