The British Top Gear featured several of the China Copy cars on one of their episodes several seasons ago. It's funny how close the body styling is to the actual car. It looks like all they do is change the badges. But they said the cars were terrible.

when i was in china this summer, i was hoping to see some but everyone just drove bmw and benz, also toyota asia has way cooler cars than here in the states

I saw two knockoff cars one of the more recent times I went. One was a BMW X5....except it was not a BMW. Second knockoff i saw was way more awesome..a defender 90...and i wanted it.

i snapped a picture of one at the "Apple" Store (spelled AFFLE).. the owner was not around for me to ask questions, but my friend (Chinese) said it was made by the republic of china and is a popular vehicle choice for young men.
