Chirping noise

I have a 2004 limited and I have noticed recently that I am getting a chirping noise comming from the wheels and the faster I go the faster the chirping is. When I apply the brakes the sound goes away. The brakes were replaced about 1500 miles ago by toyota. I took it into toyota to look at it and obvisouly it did not make the noise when they drove it. They removed the wheels ang checked for any rubbing of the brakes but they could not find anything wrong. Any Suggestions

more info, the wheels chirp with each rotation, all the time or only when there are certain conditions.........temp, humidity, running hot, etc. if there is a chirp, something is rubbing...

There doesn't seem to be any ryhme or reason but it makes the noise 95% of the time and at all speeds. Toyota said there were no signs of rubbing

Took it into the dealership yesterday and they found that the shims behind the pads had "failed", aswell they "serviced" the pads and turned the rotors. total bill $42.00. Last night I still noticed a slight noise comming from the wheels, and now it was pulling slightly to the left when I applied the brakes. I took it back to the dealer today and had them drive it, the mechanic said the rotors are toast, "they have been turned too many times and are probably slightly warped." In the end the dealership replaced the rotors at no charge to me. I guess the dealerships are so bad afterall
