What is this noise? Sounds like a bird chirping behind my glove box.

Well it looks like the video didn't get uploaded.
Can we still upload video on here?

Most likely the A/C blower motor. I'm on my 3rd one now.

First one had to go once it started sounding like a bunch of chirppers. Second one detonated its plastic blower a couple months ago.

Easy to change, cheap to buy 3rd party units. Just one hard to get to screw (of 3 total)

Thanks man, would you recommend any specific one?

Oh and it makes the noise even when the a/c is off. Still could be the same issue?

Noise from blower requires it to be ON otherwise something else is going on. Also changing blower speed will change the sound if it is the blower/wheel that has gone bad.

The current one I have is nice and quiet and well balanced (about $90 at NAPA) It is an imported unit from some giant overseas country.

Mine will do it either on or off.

I actually went to autozone and asked them if they have the part and they did for $90, I looked online and found the same thing through a random website for $60, they price matched and gave me a life time warranty.
The part is returnable if I don't install it, after that it's just replaced if went bad.
So now I'm not sure what's to do now lol
Let me upload the video on YouTube I got and then copy the link here.

I'm not sure what your noise is but I get a noise from the same location but it's a different sound than your's, mine is random, it doesn't matter if the fan/AC/heater is on or not and for a lack of a better description it is very faint and sounds like a small tree frog or a duck call, I know that is a funny description and it's so faint I can't get the sound on video, but it a "quack, quack" and sounds just like a hand held duck call that you blow through, don't know how long it been making this noise because I always have music playing while driving, but I happened to turn off the stereo to answer my phone and heard it after the call, I couldn't tell at first where it was coming from until I stopped and leaned over near the glovebox, it makes the noise ramdomly either while drivng or stopped but only when the engine is running, very strange.

Hey man.
So I changed the blower motor part today cause the chirping sound went away and started to make the noise as you mentioned.
I just thought it was cause of the blower motor going really bad that it stopped chirping and now grunting lol
Anyways I changed the part and took it for a spin and the duck call/grunting noise is still there...? What the hell?
Did you get your noise fixed? If so, what was culprit?
Anyone else encounter the same problem?

Yep, got the same noise. Don't ask me what it is, IDK. I'm just waiting for something to not work anymore around that area and the noise to stop. When that happens, I'll post up what it is.

No I haven't tried to find what's causing it, as everything is working normal otherwise, so in such cases I always go with the old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it"...LOL

But I did sorta get the sound to go away....I turned the stereo back up!!!LOL
