Choppy Cold Air Intake

Hey guys so maybe a month an a half ago I installed a cold air intake on my T4R. The performance was somewhat noticeable but something else has been bugging me. I may be imagining it (I'm kinda paranoid about my car) but I feel like the air coming into the engine is choppy and not flowing evenly. I somewhat feel that this may be due to flimsy brackets holding up my intake OR maybe piping is just wonky and air flow gets screwed up while flowing through the piping. So is this just my imagination? Do C.A.I s make that buffering sound? Should I reenforce the mounting?

I have very little experience with the CAI's but if you could let us know the brand you installed and better yet post up some pictures it may give the guys who have used them a little more info to go off of.

Have you stood over the engine while it is running and throttled the engine? Do you hear any thing that sounds weird?

Possible leak somewhere? Check your hoses and make sure the connector for the O2 sensor is securely in.

Ok so I checked it and it turns out that both the vaccuum hoses were loose. Im also gonna make anew bracket to hold up the piping
