Oh good god. I wish I was back home in DC now. This thing is prime material for a build.
Shame it's auto trans. I wish I could get it and paint it in foliage colors and beat it around.

I emailed the guy about it yesterday morning. He said there is "substantial rust on undercarriage", the ebrake cable snapped, undiagnosed check engine light on.
In my experience, not everyone agrees on what constitutes significant undercarriage rust, so we will see I guess.

True. One man's trash is another's treasure. I'm sure a 3.4 swap would be underway anyhow... but the body is pretty nice except for the rear.
You're in the DMV area? I am going to be in IL for a while but was right up there by DC.

He said he couldn't sell until the weekend, but I told him to tell me the time and place and I would check it out. Still haven't heard from him, so we will see. I'll let you know how it goes if I do get to see it.
I am about an hour south of DC in Fredericksburg at the moment. My wife and I are working on relocating elsewhere in Virginia or NC at the moment though. Between school and working full time, though, the job search is unfortunately near the bottom of the list of priorities.

Close, but I want the dually rear for towing. That 3B might not be up for hauling a camper and towing the Bastard, but it sure would be cool.

Yeah, probably not, they only do about 90hp. Maybe throw a turbo on it and get it up another 40hp?
No matter though, that would be a fun touring vehicle with the right air suspension setup!
