CL find - Denver 2001 T4R with SC for $7K

If only they had pics of the actual supercharger (not saying that it's not supercharged) and a much better description. I find it annoying when you ask a good amount of money for a car and yet barely have any pictures of said vehicle and a description that's only a sentence or two.
 
For those truly interested in the vehicle will get all the information needed, if requested. I recently purchased a 4runner about a month ago. He was a family man, second owner. Had the 4runner for 9 years.

His craigslist post was very basic; three pictures and a short description. I emailed him and asked many questions and requested additional pictures prior to meeting up with him. He mentioned it was his first time posting on Craigslist.

Sure it may be an inconvenience for the buyer at first and informative, but personally, I wouldn't hesitate to contact the seller if I saw this post..

GL, I'm curious. Seem's to be like 5-6k lower in value than the one's I saw a year ago with similiar description. Not sure what the Colorado area is for value on these, but over here (Oregon) the last few I saw were like 12-14k with 200k miles and SC needing some love. Guy was firm too really frustrated me!

Ohh well Love my current one, just wish I could get a SC..
 
I exchanged a few text messages with the owner as well. The owner has received quite a few messages from prospective buyers. Told me that the truck has no hail damage and SC was factory/dealer installed. I will be really surprised if this truck is not sold by tomorrow. I was considering buying it due to it being supercharged but can't see myself selling my current 4runner. Not sure if I have the appetite to pay for premium gas. Mountain driving will be easy with the supercharger especially through Eisenhower tunnel and Vail pass but I have too much invested in my current truck, which has been super reliable thus far.
 
Denver 4runner/Tacoma/etc market is just ridiculous. It's like the Toyota 4x4's in Denver are taking a page out of the real estate market book. But, from what I know, it's the same thing in the whole rocky mountain region or any of the beautiful states with trails/scenery.
 
I left the deposit and will be picking it up and bringing it home tomorrow. Thanks [MENTION=116244]Herculean T4R[/MENTION] for the post. Excited to have a supercharged runner.
 
Sweet truck right there! Plus I'm partial to the natural white and gray trim! Is that a replacement front bumper? It doesn't look like a fat lip from the pics.

It's a fat lip bumper. I just picked it up. 2 owners no wrecks.

That's the fat lip, it looks like he hit something though. Bumper looks dented & the lower front flare is out of place. Minor shlt though.
