Some food for thought...

I live in PA. I just bought a 2000 4runner SR5, 3.4L. Fully loaded besides leather seats. 120K miles. Negotiated with the seller and made a deal at $4000. He was asking for $5k.

Since I just purchased the 4runner last week, it'll give you an idea how much they're selling for...

4x4 selling in PA is no way comparable to one selling here in CO. 4x4 inflation is at its highest here. He will get 5k for that easy and I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I understand.

This is my first 4X4. I Needed one to haul my other toy(Datsun 510) and transport parts. Previous owner had a folder full of service records. I absolutely love the 3rd gen so far. A bit more rust than I would have liked, but its a northeast vehicle. No cancer areas, just surface rust.

Currently replacing the exhaust and rear axle bearings and seals.

Is this really a 99? That's an 01-02 grille. I know you can always change the grille out but the looks of the truck makes me believe the PO wouldn't care to change the grille.
