Clamping on Muffler thoughts?

I have a Magna Flow muffler waiting to be installed and I'd like to clamp it on for the following reasons.

1. I can reinstall the stock muffler anytime at no extra cost. I don't plan on doing this, but I would consider it if I do a long road trip.

2. I want to get an electric exhaust cut out however, I can't pass smog inspection with one, so I would clamp it to the Magna Flow and then clamp them into the exhaust.

/\ Those work great, but, there a 1 time use. That's what they use on Big Rig exhaust to piece together. The other clamps are used for mounting points.

You probably could reuse, but, may not seal right. For a single use, they work the best. It forms to the flex pipe also.

Band clamps are awesome. I used them to install a muffler once, and would do it again in a heartbeat.
