clank noise from e-brake?

Hey guys is your ebrake this loose.. it looks like this could just be the noise i am hearing when starting to roll forward from a dead stop.. almost as tho it is spring loaded metal on metal. I cant find anything wrong up front.. at all.

looks like i answered my own question.. eventho i just replaced inner and outer tie rods my front left inner is definitely blown.. again.. after 2 months
