I read through BFAD ultimate thread and if I have it right then if I pull the rear abs sensor and find oil then I need new seals and wheel bearings?

I think he means if he pulls the magnetic speed sensor that this means the gear oil passed the inner axle seal into the retainers/bearing, so he would have to replace them right?

Sorry guys I was at work when I wrote it.
Ya I was hearing a noise every so often in the rear and I pulled the drum and saw little to no oil. So I pulled that magnetic speed sensor( sorry I thought it was abs) and I saw lots of gear oil. Then I pulled the other side and didn't really see any.
Does this mean that the inner seal is gone and will soon ruin the bearings and leak all over my drum?

Yes that is the general rule of thumb the cavity with the ABS rings should be dry. The inner seal is the only thing designed to keep the oil inside the axle, the outer seal is just to prevent dirt/moister from entering the assembly.
If you dont have a bunch of oil spraying all over you drums, then there is a chance the bearings are still good and you might get away with only doing the seals. I would start with only doing the seals maybe just the one on the side that is leaking. But if your diff oil is in need of changing than you might as well drain the diff and do both seals, its a relatively straight forward process especially with the help of BFAD's writeup.
