Scratch that, lift first. No bumper... It didn't fit.

You won't need a front bumper, especially lifted on 33s. Get something for the rear though, even if it's just a hitch, because 4Runners have crappy departure angles and you're gonna drag ass all over the place.

I have a hitch and I drag it everywhere. That and my gas tank skid hit on almost every trail.

This looks like the most fun. I have never wheeled moab. I run an 87 with a 4" lift 2" ball joint spacers and 26 mm torsion bars on ifs (obviously ). Would it hang with you guys.

Yawp. A good set of 31s and some sliders is all you really need to have a lot of fun on the red rock. Most of the trails we'll do have bypasses on the harder obstacles, and if we can't get the stock trucks around the tricky stuff we'll drag you over it.
