Clear tail lights?

I'm still trying to find clear tail lights for my 01'. Does anybody know a legit place where you can still get these? I know they're pretty much illegal now, but I'm willing to take my chances with some red bulbs if I can come across some. Any help would be appreciated.

Look in his build, ha may have mentioned where he got them.
