just finished up with pilot rock, maybe next meet in the works.. hehe. thanks to everyone that came out, nice meeting all of you and seeing familiar faces again. Hope you all had fun!

It was fun meeting everyone today. I had a great time. Glad everyone came out without major damage to their rigs.

Shout out to everyone who went through that narrow descent in the middle of the run. Lots of "puckering" went on as y'all went down i bet:eyebrows:

Hope you all got a confidence boost in what your rigs can do and what to plan for future mods.

Thanks for being welcoming to a fellow FJ owner.

That's the trail I spotted @TheSentinel on when we all went last time.
Definite pucker factor all the way down ..with a couple shards in between

Hey guys awesome run yesterday! It was super fun/ terrifying at times (3 wheeling downhill lol) but I loved every minute of it! Thanks to everyone giving help with lines and boosting my confidence to do all the harder offshoots.

To everyone who brought their significant others yesterday I think it was the same for all of us...hitting us or yelling at us my gf did the same thing! I'm sure all of our responses were "it's too late now, we have to go down!"

Big ups to Mike for organizing the run and Eddie for taking first approach at Pilot Rock off shoots, turned out to be a very big turn out almost as big as the April meet. I can't wait to go wheeling with everyone soon! The MVP's yesterday have to be Jay doing the skull/ cross bones 4ft drop and Ryan going H.A.M in the Land Rover on every hard offshoot LMAO crazy guy! Also lets not forget the punctured tire fiasco...hahaha who has that picture? How many Toyota owners does it take to change a Land Rovers tire?

Haha I know right...what happened to the layout? I couldn't even find the socal section, I had to search old posts I had previously made.

Armor is on the list, I kissed my rear bumper on a drop yesterday but I guess this will give me an excuse to get metal bumpers? :biggrin2: Also I scraped my stock side bars and they actually protected my sides, they aren't rock sliders but they did the trick.

whats up Mr. Trailleader! your taking point next time! glad you stuck with us to check out pilot rock for more action lol. Alotta good memories for sure. Someone post that landrover pic so we can get that meme going. lol
 
Epic day! Glad to meet everyone! Thanks for sharing these dope photos! I'll try posting photos or vids later. Definitely had a lot of fun and look forward to doing this again!

Wow J you really got the off-road bug quick. I like your style. Your not afraid, and use your 4Runner as intended.

Cleghorn is always changing. It's worse right after the rains, and is always easier at the end of summer.
