Clicking at full lock after lift

i just got a 3/2 icon lift with light racing uca's, i love it but i notice now that whenever i am driving and i have my steering wheel turned all the way in either direction i will hear a clicking thud kind of that sounds like it happens as often as the time it takes the wheel to make a full rotation. what i mean is that it's not always just one click but it repeats until i release the steering a little bit.

it's not that bad and it's mostly when im pulling out of a driveway or something but im wondering if they messed something up when they lifted it, im in a different city now 600 miles away so i cant take it back and ask. ive driven other people's lifted trucks before and this sound is something ive noticed with them more often than not. kind of just sounds like big pieces of metal down there being shifted a little bit (which is probably what it is) but what exactly is it? it's different than rubbing because ive heard that too and that's not it. i havent even gotten bigger tires yet. should i be concerned or just keep goin with it?

I would say it's your tire hitting the sway bar. Mine did when hitting dips on full turn.

I doubt it's the CVs. Also, most people will tell you the benefits of a diff drop are negligible (it doesn't so much drop the diff as it does rotate it, "dropping" the CV angle ~1/4"). That being said, I have a drop installed on my truck for the hell of it. It really didn't change the CV angle much though.

OP, I have the same click you're talking about. Happens when I go full lock while backing out of the driveway. It started when I put on my Daystar lift, and still does it now that I've gone to Toytec Ultimate and LR UCAs. I did both lifts myself and I'm 100% positive they were installed correctly. No problems in 10,000 miles, I wouldn't worry about it.

It's prob not CV's. Like mentioned above, it's probably the wheel hitting the sway bar. The clicking/thud is probably one of the wheel weights making contact, and that's probably why you hear it with every rotation of the tire.

Solution: remove the front sway bar.
