Clicking noise at idle and driving....need help

So recently my air conditioner stopped working and and the light on the dash won't turn on when I turn the ac on. It does however blow air but not cold air. Shortly after I hear a clicking noise when im idling in park and now when im driving. I found a video on another site of the issue I think it is so Im posting a link to it. Does anybody have any ideas to fix this. Haven't had many issues with my 4runner and hopefully its not a major issue. Thanks for any help.

Just a guess but maybe your low on refrigerant. If your low or out of refrigerant your compressor will keep shutting off if I recall correctly.
