I have started noticing a clicking noise while im accelerating or holding speed. I initially thought it was a nail or something in my tire but quickly realized that couldn't be the issue, it was too loud and would stop as soon as i let off the accelerator. So i get home and check the oil levels, they are good but i decide to replace it anyways. However its still making the noise. Any ideas on where to start
