Clicking noise when shifting from R to D

hey guys I'm sure this is in this forum somewhere but I couldn't seem to find am answer. When I start my car and shift from park to drive it makes a loud click or two under my 4 runner. Also does it from reverse to drive and sometimes just from pressing the break. Any idea what this is/how to fix it?

I've only had it for a few months. So I haven't yet. How often should they be lubed

I usually do it ever 6k or so....might wanna pop under there and grease the zerks.....theres a few threads on all of the fittings.
