So I'm heading to see some friends near Chicago this weekend. I saw that Cliff's Insane Terrain isn't to far from his place. Anyone local want to join on Sunday for some trail riding? Since Monday is a holiday for some, I'm thinking there may be a few guys who can join in.

Oh, I've been there before. Actually, the pictures I posted in the wheel thread are from the Cliffs. It's a really fun place, but I'd imagine with it being this cold here everything will be pretty frozen and gnarly. It's nearly a 2hr drive for me too. I appreciate the invite, but I'll probably pass on the Cliffs.

If my weekends werent booked for the next 4 weeks, I would consider riding shotgun if a seat was available. This is probably the perfect time to run the cliffs. Cold and DRY!!!! I used to take my 1st gen there but vowed to never take my 3rd gen there. Alot of the local toyota group stopped going to the park after it go to the point were it was just getting to tore up by the locals with 44s and v8s.

We didn't. People either had to work or had other priorities. And our friends ended up being sick, so the wife and I spent all day Sunday with their little girl. Happens with late notice events.

Maybe we can all try something at Badlands this spring...its not too far for everyone.

It's an easy drive to the Badlands. From Elmhurst, you would take 294 into 80/94 to 394 which goes into 1. Turn right onto 41 and take that all the way into Attica. Taking 394 bypasses all the stop and go off of 80. About 2.5 hours as miller said give or take a few minutes depending on how you drive

Hopefully I can get my stuff together and get my truck running right and lifted annnd ready to go by summer so.I can come out. Hopefully the scheduling works out better this time! :p
