Climate Control Dial Swap???

Is there any way of making the climate control buttons like a dial with different notches that way at the turn of it adjusts the temperature instead of pushing the button multiple times to go from warm in the morning and cool in the afternoon. Carolinas man, 32 at 8 and 60 at 4.

I feel ya. It would likely take sure custom config and to re-solder the board with a knew knob interface altogether... But I'm sure it could be done with enough time and effort! I have to replace my climate panel as the middle knob circuitry isn't illuminating, even after fresh bulbs- so I will have an extra to play around with when the time comes. Stay tuned :cheers:

The FJ's climate knobs are ideal. Everything else in the FJ's interior isn't as good as ours but their rotational switches rock.

Change of AC controls

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has been able to successfully complete the swap for AC controls. I really despise the ones in the 4th gen 4runner and would loe some knowledge on how I can change them to different ones.
