This is brand new never been used, its for 3rd gen 4runner, Its the part that goes behind your steering wheel and i believe works the magic with the blinker system and airbag.

i bought some other parts and the person included this in with the deal. I would like $60 for it. they go for over $250 online. Anyway let me know if you have any questions
