Clock wiring issues

Heyo, first thread post! So last week my clock cut out on me, and yesterday I dismantled my dash to see if I might have some wiring issues, and it turns out I do. Upon removing the dash I found the clock unit attached to no wires. No wonder it didn't work. My problem is that I could not locate the wiring in the recesses of the dash. Does anyone have any way of locating the wiring? It must have just fallen back behind the radio unit etc. I might just go back out and pull it all apart. Thanks for the help in advance.

There is a mysterious dummy jack on that center dash piece below the clock and to the left that does nothing except fit the clock plug. But it is unlikely it would fall out of one and land in the other. Was somebody else working on it or is it possible you stuck the clock plug in there last week? In any case, I would check it. Otherwise, it's in there somewhere.

There is a mysterious dummy jack on that center dash piece below the clock and to the left that does nothing except fit the clock plug. But it is unlikely it would fall out of one and land in the other. Was somebody else working on it or is it possible you stuck the clock plug in there last week? In any case, I would check it. Otherwise, it's in there somewhere.

Thats exactly what it was. I just had the gaskets around the cat replaced and I can't see why they would be taking the dash apart but I'm guessing thats what it was. Thanks for your help.
