Premium fuel and 2 steps colder plugs (BKR7E) NGK 4644.

Nice setup but my concern would be in cold and snowy weather I don't think a turbo underneath the truck would fare well w/o a filter relocation plus when the turbo gets hot and then splashed with ice cold water/ice/snow I'd be worried the housing could crack.

The filter is getting relocated in the near future. Also there will be a skid plate/splash gaurd/ armor around it. Did one turbo project where the turbo is exposed through the front bumper, had it glowing and took it through the car wash and puddles and haven't had a problem.

thats why i say make a skid plate/ splash guard to cover it something that is light weight, maybe aluminum and attaches to the under side of the body on one side and the other side attaches to the frame. and is angled up at like a 45* slope or so in the front and has bends on the side smiliar to the budbuilt skids, just a little flare up about 2-3" to keep splashing do a minimum. it would also keep road spray, dirt and rocks away for the entire set up.

he never drives up in the mountains(grand canyon area) or goes to colorado or utah for some fun in the snow? i know it snows in arizona, i took geographical mediarology at the community college :lol:

OK, off topic CM but I keep looking at your dang roof rack. Can you tell be what brand and Model. Thanks and am absolutely jealous. Wonder what that would to on the 4.0

couple questions, where are you getting your oil feed from? and did you end up using the safc? or how are you utilizing bigger injectors? which injectors did you go with? and which plugs? thanks
