Clunking noise in the front end. Any suggestions?

I have a clunking noise that seems to have a mind of its own. It mostly happens when going slow over bumps. But then sometimes does not happen at all.
All balljoints are new, lower control arm are new, as well as I have new Moog gresable cam bolts. Could it be alignment cam bolts? I cycled/flex the suspension last night and visually checked things quickly for about 15 minutes. Anything else I should check, anyone else had problems. ray:

It's most likely either your sway bar bushings or end links. Either can do that without visibly looking worn or broken.

To test it without throwing money at the problem, remove your sway bar completely for a few days. I bet you don't hear the sound any more. If that works, buy some new bushings and ends and put it back together.

I probably should have mentioned I haven't run a front sway since june. haha.

Does your 4Runner have KDSS? If so there's your problem.

Nope, no KDSS. Don't think that was an option on 4th gens was it? I'm lifted on 5100s.

Everything fit perfect when I installed it. So I'm hoping it's not that. I've heard of only a very few instances on the 120 platform where the moogs were sized wrong. Should have been figured out by moogs by now.
