Clunking when turning at speed

I was thinking the same thing. Sombody probably put them on with an impact and forgot to go back over them with the torque wrench.

i'm trying to do research on my 4runner...shaking too and been trying this and that. one of things i've tried was having a friend replace brake pads and got the rotors turned and he's a smart guy so i trusted him not torquing the nuts but now i should check. i'm new at this but i know how to use a torque wrench so can you tell me what the torque is??
